Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years experience programming with PHP. The selected individual will work directly with us to complete a variety of jobs for our clients which will include building new scripts, websites and applications as well as offering maintenance work on sites that have been developed by us.
  
  I'm not looking for an agency, we need an individual to work directly with us.
  
  You must be able to do the following:
  
  - Build applications using CakePHP.
  - Advanced knowledge with PHP and use of OOP.
  - Advanced XHTML/CSS knowledge.
  - Advanced Javascript knowledge with DOM scripting.
  - Ability to create AJAX based interfaces.
  - Must have experience with jquery and scriptaculous.
