Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm a Ruby on Rails programmer / wannabe entrepreneur currently working on a startup project, with plans to keep churning out more projects until something sticks.
  
  I'm a pretty good developer, but not much of a designer, so I'd like to find a partner who can create solid CSS designs, as well as do logos / branding, and contribute ideas and enthusiasm.
