Designer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for a partner to do some intermediate programming on my wordpress blog that I have created. I m looking for a programmer that is comfortable programming in php. has programmed for wordpress, is familiar with wordpress template tags, plugins, interface and functionality.

  I will pay for the job and also if the programmer is good I'd like to work on some other projects aswell.
  
  If you are a knowledgeble php programmer with intermediate to expert knowledge of php/wordpress. and may needed some design services for your site. That is negotiable as well.
